Finding the right attorney is essential for a party to a lawsuit.  Often, it is equally important for lawyers to identify the right expert for the case.  We remain conflict free to help find the RIGHT testifying experts because we have no in-house testifying experts who we have incentive to advocate for. 

At Dean, we are able to leverage off of our litigation experience, our past work with experts and our extensive resources to help identify the expert, or group of experts, that is most ideally suited for your specific litigation needs. 

Simply relying on a "professional testifier" is an easy solution, but one that is both risky and, potentially, very expensive.  We work closely with attorneys to identify the key economic or technical issues in the case in order to insure that the right expertise is found.  Whether it is an academic or industry expert, we work hard to find the person that can best analyze the issues and articulate his/her findings to a judge or jury.  

We can work with and support any testifying expert who doesn't otherwise have appropriate support because of our independence. Perhaps most importantly, we can also support highly qualified industry or technical experts who have less litigation experience by allowing them to rely on and benefit from the depth and breadth of our own litigation experience.
